Situation :
Our client is an overseas investor/landlord who only gets back to the UK once a year. He requires full management of his portfolio including dealing with all repairs and maintenance and safety checks to ensure compliance with legislation.
Action taken : - The client is a passive investor based overseas with a number of property investments in the UK. He relies on Aspire to keep him fully up to date with the technical, legal and regulatory changes required for landlords including landlord licencing schemes in the the cities that he invests. We manage every aspect of the portfolio including finding a tenant, collecting the rent, dealing with repairs and maintenance and project managing any upgrades to the properties owned.
Result : - The client returns to the UK once a year when we meet and review the performance of the portfolio, the condition of the properties and develop a plan and budget for the next year. Other than this, the client has limited involvement in the day to day management of the portfolio.
